Dassai 45 Sake is a premium sake made with rice grains that have been milled down to 45% of its size, removing the outer shell and leaving the starch-rich centre. Starch turns into sugar during the sake brewing process, which in turn becomes alcohol. 

This top-class Dassai sake is made with just rice, water and rice koji which gives it a clean, soft and subtle taste. The sake has a balanced aroma and a pleasant mild sweetness. Serve it chilled for best effect. Choose between a large 720ml bottle or smaller 300ml bottle.
