Oysters

How about opening oysters?

Soaking oysters in salted ice water for 20 minutes before opening them will not only kill the oysters, but also make the oyster meat crispier and taste better. Use an oyster opener to cut open the oyster shell toward the tip of the tail of the oyster. Push the oyster knife into the inside of the oyster until 1/2 of the tip of the knife enters the oyster. Then twist it hard and the oyster shell will open.

After opening the oyster shell, check whether there are any broken shells in the oyster meat. Gently sweep them away before eating.
Our oysters are imported directly from the place of origin without any cleaning treatment to preserve their freshness.
